Welcome to PilotInbox, a service provided by Blue Hill Helicopters. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mail forwarding and U.S. Agent for Service support services (“Services”). By using PilotInbox, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
PilotInbox provides:

Assignment of a unique U.S. mailing address for FAA correspondence.

Receipt, scanning, and password-protected emailing of FAA correspondence.

FedEx forwarding of critical documents (such as licenses and enforcement letters).

Guidance on updating your address and Agent for Service designation in the FAA’s USAS system.
Our Services are exclusively for handling FAA-related correspondence. Non-FAA mail may be returned to sender or discarded.
Client Responsibilities
By using PilotInbox, clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete personal and contact information.

Promptly notify us of any changes to contact details or FAA information.

Properly designate Blue Hill Helicopters as their U.S. Agent for Service through the FAA’s USAS portal.

Monitor email regularly for forwarded mail and time-sensitive FAA notifications.

Act promptly on any FAA correspondence or compliance requirements.
Mail Delivery and Limitations

Standard FAA correspondence is scanned and emailed within 1–2 business days.

Urgent or official documents are physically forwarded via FedEx to the client’s provided address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party mail carriers, courier services, or FAA mailing schedules.

Clients are solely responsible for keeping their FAA records current.
Data Privacy and Security

All scanned documents are encrypted with a password before being sent.

We store personal data securely and only use it to deliver our Services.

We do not share, rent, or sell your personal data without your consent, unless legally required.

Payment Terms

The service fee is $99 per year, payable upfront.

The payment covers 12 months of service from the signup date.

Failure to renew will result in service termination and removal as your designated U.S. Agent.
Termination and Refunds

Clients may cancel at any time.

No refunds are issued for unused time once the annual service begins.

We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these Terms or improper use of the address.
Limitation of Liability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver mail and fulfill our duties, but we are not liable for:

Delays or errors caused by third-party couriers or the FAA.

Client inaction on time-sensitive correspondence.

Any losses exceeding the total annual service fee paid by the client.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
